Retro Cafe' Art Gallery is an "Angel" company. Our terms of use may vary with different products as stated below.
Printed Collage Sheets: You may sell the original art you create using Retro Cafe' Art Gallery's collage sheets, however, all sold artwork must be handmade and not mass produced. The collage sheets may not be reproduced in whole or part. Scanning, printing, photocopying, or the like of collage sheets for sale or personal use is prohibited. Mechanical reproduction is not allowed. The original collage sheet must be used to create your artwork. Retro Cafe' Art Gallery retains the copyright to our collage sheets under U.S. and International Copyright Laws as a "compilation". Collage sheets sold under any licenses that Retro Cafe' Art Gallery has purchased are protected by the original creator. Also, most of the individual images are copyrighted as they have been digitally re-mastered and edited by Retro Cafe' Art Gallery. Any image, or part of an image, even if incorporated into original artwork may not be used to create collage sheets, digital downloads, image CD's, web graphics or the like for resale. Individual Digital Images: Individual Digital Images may be printed and used unlimited times by the original purchaser to incorporate into original artwork which may be sold, however the images may not be resold or redistributed (in whole or part) for profit or personal use as individual images.
